For a limited number of publishers whose business models, content assets, and current level of content syndication pass through a fairly rigorous selection process, OSKAR Consulting offers ongoing content syndication business development services. Such clients have typically gone through at least part of the OSKAR Consulting Content Fitness Program, but this is not a requirement. I pay careful attention to each client's goals and seek out partnerships that suit their strategy, business models and company priorities.Due to its experience, industry contacts and attendance at industry events, OSKAR is generally able to set clients up with a network of licensees much more quickly than in-house staff with other responsibilities and time restraints. This is a pro-active, time-intensive service and is usually done on an exclusive basis. This service is especially appropriate for companies who have a strong syndication product but lack the staff, experience or internal resources to promote it themselves. Finally, because OSKAR has established relationships with an extensive network of prospective content licensees, we have a definite advantage in negotiating on behalf of our clients.These services are typically performed for a monthly retainer plus a percentage of licensing revenues earned by the client on OSKAR-brokered deals.
